SHKL Qingyuan Vanity Manufacturing Base

SHKL Qingyuan manufacturing base cover an area of 70,000m², with total 312 workers. It is mainly produces melamine and PVC foil bathroom vanities.

Intelligent generation by scanning codes, automatic cutting of multiple plates at the same time, numerical control processing, and advanced edge banding technology form a fully automated streamlined production, guarantee the manufacturing preciseness and stability, and greatly improves the efficiency of our mass customization.

SHKL Vietnam Bathroom Vanity Manufacturing Base

The SHKL production base in Vietnam is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It covers an area of approximately 30,000 - 40,000 square meters and has a modern production workshop. There are about 200 employees, a technical team of 10 people, and a quality control team of 12 people.The production base in Vietnam is equipped with advanced CNC cutting machines, six-sided drills, automated edge sealing machines (using PUR glue for edge sealing), and high-precision mortise and tenon connection equipment. It also has the largest PU high-gloss and matte dust-free painting rooms in Vietnam, and is equipped with suspended spraying lines and ground-track spraying lines to ensure that the surface treatment of the products reaches the international first-class level. Regarding the process, the drawer boxes adopt traditional dovetail joinery combined with high-quality self-suction buffer guide rails. The surface coating undergoes multiple stages of high-end coating treatment (including at least 5 sandings and 5 primer coatings), with excellent UV resistance and moisture-proof performance. The material selection adheres to the CARBP2 standard of solid wood multi-layer boards (all eucalyptus wood core), high-quality wood (such as pine, oak, etc.), Italian Carrara marble countertops, and high-grade ceramic basins certified by cUPC.

For the past 20 years, the factory has been deeply engaged in the North American market. It conducts quality inspections on all materials throughout the production process, including but not limited to using environmentally friendly materials from the Americas and Europe, 304 stainless steel hardware, and Italian marble slabs.

SHKL Shower Door Manufacturing Base

SHKL shower door manufacturing base cover an area of 20,000m², with total 81 workers. It is mainly produces shower door.

It is highly focused on details and safety from the purchasing of raw materials to the production of all processes.

In order to create safer products, we devote ourselves to the research and development and production of laminated glass.

We are the only company in the industry to independently develop and produce laminated glass, self-sufficient to create more advantageous products and to solve product safety issues.

SHKL Smart Mirror production base cover an area of 10,000㎡, with total 97 workers.

It is mainly produces LED mirrors and mirrored cabinets.

In order to ensure the production environment of the products to achieve high-quality products and meet the inspection standards of different certifications.

It builds a fully enclosed dust-free constant temperature workshop and all employees have strict dressing requirements.

At present, we have obtained the overall CE and ETL certification.
