Laminated glass is a composite glass product in which one or more layers of organic polymer EVA are sandwiched between two or more pieces of tempered glass after special high-temperature process, the glass and the intermediate film are permanently bonded together. It is with high impact strength and safer than normal tempered glass.

Ⅰ. What is laminted glass?

Laminated glass is made of two or more pieces of float glass sandwiched between a strong PVB (ethylene polymer butyrate) film, pressed and combined by a hot press to expel as much air as possible in the middle, and then put into an autoclave using high temperature and high pressure to dissolve a small amount of residual air into the film. It is shock-resistant, anti-theft, bullet-proof and explosion-proof.
